濾機(jī)設(shè)備組成部分

　　壓濾機(jī)設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)由三部分組成：
 
　　1、機(jī)架
 
　　機(jī)架是壓濾機(jī)設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)部件，兩端是止推板和壓緊頭，兩側(cè)的大梁將二者連執(zhí)著起來(lái)，大梁用以支撐濾板、濾框和壓緊板。為了滿足高級(jí)衛(wèi)生需要，機(jī)架需要包上不銹鋼。杭州格恩特的包不銹鋼技術(shù)可做參考，其質(zhì)量可滿足歐洲客戶的需要。
 
　　A、止推板：它與支座連接將壓濾機(jī)設(shè)備的一端坐落在地基上，廂式壓濾機(jī)設(shè)備的止推板中間是進(jìn)料孔，四個(gè)角還有四個(gè)孔，上兩角的孔是洗滌液或壓榨氣體進(jìn)口，下兩角為出口（暗流結(jié)構(gòu)還是濾液出口）
 
　　B、壓緊板：用以壓緊濾板濾框，兩側(cè)的滾輪用以支撐壓緊板在大梁的軌道上滾動(dòng)。
 
　　C、大梁：是承重構(gòu)件，根據(jù)使用環(huán)境防腐的要求，可選擇硬質(zhì)聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、不銹鋼包覆或新型防腐涂料等涂覆。
 
　　2、壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)
 
　　手動(dòng)壓緊、機(jī)械壓緊、液壓壓緊。
 
　　A、手動(dòng)壓緊：是以螺旋式機(jī)械千斤頂推動(dòng)壓緊板將濾板壓緊。
 
　　B、機(jī)械壓緊：壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)由電動(dòng)機(jī)（配置先進(jìn)的過(guò)載保護(hù)器）減速器、齒輪付、絲桿和固定 　螺母組成。壓緊時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)正轉(zhuǎn)，帶動(dòng)減速器、齒輪付，使絲桿在固定絲母中轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，推動(dòng)壓緊板將濾板、濾框壓緊。當(dāng)壓緊力越來(lái)越大時(shí)，電機(jī)負(fù)載電流增大，當(dāng)大到保護(hù)器設(shè)定的電流值時(shí)，達(dá)到最大壓緊力，電機(jī)切斷電源，停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，由于絲桿和固定絲母有可靠的自鎖螺旋角，能可靠地保證工作過(guò)程中的壓緊狀態(tài)，退回時(shí)，電機(jī)反轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)壓緊板上的壓塊，觸壓到行程開(kāi)關(guān)時(shí)退回停止。
 
　　C、液壓壓緊：液壓壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)的組成由液壓站、油缸、活塞、活塞桿以及活塞桿與壓緊板連接的哈夫蘭卡片液壓站的結(jié)構(gòu)組成有：電機(jī)、油泵、溢流閥（調(diào)節(jié)壓力）換向閥、壓力表、油路、油箱。液壓壓緊機(jī)械壓緊時(shí)，由液壓站供高壓油，油缸與活塞構(gòu)成的元件腔充滿油液，當(dāng)壓力大于壓緊板運(yùn)行的摩擦阻力時(shí)，壓緊板緩慢地壓緊濾板，當(dāng)壓緊力達(dá)到溢流閥設(shè)定的壓力值（由壓力表指針顯示）時(shí)，濾板、濾框（板框式）或?yàn)V板（廂式）被壓緊，溢流閥開(kāi)始卸荷，這時(shí)，切斷電機(jī)電源，壓緊動(dòng)作完成，退回時(shí)，換向閥換向，壓力油進(jìn)入油缸的有桿腔，當(dāng)油壓能克服壓緊板的摩擦阻力時(shí)，壓緊板開(kāi)始退回。液壓壓緊為自動(dòng)保壓時(shí)，壓緊力是由電接點(diǎn)壓力表控制的，將壓力表的上限指針和下限指針設(shè)定在工藝要求的數(shù)值，當(dāng)壓緊力達(dá)到壓力表的上限時(shí)，電源切斷，油泵停止供電，由于油路系統(tǒng)可能產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)漏和外漏造成壓緊力下降，當(dāng)降到壓力表下限指針時(shí)，電源接通，油泵開(kāi)始供油，壓力達(dá)到上限時(shí)，電源切斷，油泵停止供油，這樣循環(huán)以達(dá)到過(guò)濾物料的過(guò)程中保證壓緊力的效果。
 
　　3、過(guò)濾機(jī)構(gòu)
 
　　過(guò)濾機(jī)構(gòu)由濾板、濾框、濾布、壓榨隔膜組成，濾板兩側(cè)由濾布包覆，需配置壓榨隔膜時(shí)，一組濾板由隔膜板和側(cè)板組成。隔膜板的基板兩側(cè)包覆著橡膠隔膜，隔膜外邊包覆著濾布，側(cè)板即普通的濾板。物料從止推板上的時(shí)料孔進(jìn)入各濾室，固體顆粒因其粒徑大于過(guò)濾介質(zhì)（濾布）的孔徑被截留在濾室里，濾液則從濾板下方的出液孔流出。濾餅需要榨干時(shí)，除用隔膜壓榨外，還可用壓縮空氣或蒸氣，從洗滌口通入，氣流沖去濾餅中的水份，以降低濾餅的含水率。
